  • We'll provide you with the return address and a shipping label for your convenience.

You can download a free prepaid return shipping label through your account.rosieri.com, or contact us at support@rosieri.com and we’ll send one by email, along with clear instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
