What is a halo extension?

A halo is a single weft of hair attached to a thin, invisible wire that rests around the crown of your head, hidden under your top layer of hair. No clips, no glue, no tape, no salon appointment. You place it, blend it, and go.

How long does it take to put on?

Under a minute. Most women have it placed and blended in about 30 seconds once they have done it a few times. It comes off just as quickly.

Will it damage my hair?

No. The halo never attaches to your own hair. There are no clips pulling at roots, no adhesive, and no heat involved in wearing it. It is one of the gentlest ways to add length and fullness.

Is the hair human or synthetic?

Rosieri halos are made from a premium synthetic fiber, and we say so plainly. We chose this fiber because it holds its shape between wears, keeps its shade true wash after wash, and makes a full, natural look affordable. One thing to know: synthetic fiber should be kept away from high heat. Please do not use flat irons, curling irons, or hot blow dryers on your halo.

How do I choose my shade?

We offer 48 shades. Match your halo to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, not your roots, and judge in natural light. If you are unsure, email a photo of your hair taken in daylight to support@rosieri.com and we will recommend your match.

How do I choose my length?

We offer five lengths. Measure from the crown of your head down to where you want the hair to fall. When in doubt between two lengths, choose the longer one. Hair can always be trimmed by a stylist to blend perfectly.

How do I care for my halo?

Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, working from the ends upward. Wash only occasionally, in cool water with a mild shampoo, and let it air dry fully. Store it flat or hung in its packaging, away from heat and direct sun. A little care goes a long way.

How long will my halo last?

With gentle care, you can expect several months of regular wear. How you store, brush, and wash it matters most. Keeping it away from heat is the single biggest factor in its lifespan.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping is complimentary and takes 8 to 13 business days after a 1 to 3 day processing window. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

My delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur during transit. You can check the status of your order using our Track My Order page. If your order has not arrived within 3 days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

What if my shade or length is not right?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn halo in its original condition, with the protective band and tags intact. US returns are complimentary. To exchange, return the original and place a new order for your correct shade or length. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped. Email support@rosieri.com with your order number.
